Complete your senior questionnaire TODAY! Your responses to this questionnaire will be used to complete your profile in the senior section of the yearbook. Please make your best effort at correct spelling and grammar.
The yearbook staff reserves the right not to publish any material it deems inappropriate.
Submissions are due on Friday, November 4th.Late submissions may not appear in the yearbook due to deadline constraints, so be sure to complete this form on time!
Attention underclassmen! Underclassmen photo make-ups and re-takes will be taken in the district presentation room from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Tuesday, November 1st. If you still need to have your school photo taken or would like to have it retaken, you should go to the district presentation room during a study hall period if possible. If you do not have a study hall during periods 1, 2, 3, or 4, you should see Mr. Clark or Mr. Gaipa to obtain a pass before the end of the day on Monday, October 31st. All students desiring a re-take will need to return their original photo package, including all photos. There is a $5 re-take fee. Checks should be made out to Robert Taylor Photography.
Calling all seniors! Have you had your senior portrait taken yet? The yearbook is currently working to schedule its “Last Chance” Senior Portraits Day, which will be later this month. This will be the last opportunity to have your portrait taken in time to be included in the yearbook. Help us to make sure we’ve got everyone accounted for—we want ALL SENIORS to be represented in the yearbook! A list of students still in need of portraits has been posted on the yearbook office door. If you missed your original appointment at the end of last school year or over the summer, please be sure that your name is on this list. If it is not, or if you would like to schedule a retake, please see Mr. Clark as soon as possible. Remember that these sittings are free! Retake fees apply.
Calling all senior parents! Are you looking to honor and encourage your graduating senior with a senior dedication ad in the yearbook? Join us for our second annual Embers Senior Ad Design Night on Monday, November 7th from 4-7 p.m. in AHS computer lab 501 (across from the cafe). Take care of everything at once—complete all the paperwork, pay (cash or check), scan your photos, sit down with a yearbook staff member to craft the perfect dedication for your graduating senior, and approve it right on the spot. Appointments are not necessary, but feel free to contact the yearbook advisors, Ken Clark and Tim Gaipa, at embers@amityschools.org to let them know you are coming or to ask any questions you may have.

You may order packages and retouching up until 1 week after picture day. Your order will be delivered to the school in 3-4 weeks and distributed via English classes.
