Order/Prepay for Underclass Portraits

Ahead of underclass picture days on September 20th and 21st, parents can order and pre-pay for prints of their children’s school pictures online.

The payment portal will open on Tuesday, September 6th, and will remain active until Wednesday, September 28th. After that, Amity’s bulk order will be processed, and digital proof cards will be e-mailed to parents who did not place orders. These proof cards feature a watermarked proof image along with the codes necessary to order prints online. When ordering from a proof card (after 9/28), prices will be slightly higher, and orders will be shipped directly to families’ homes rather than to the school.

How to Order and Prepay

  1. Navigate to the payment portal here.
  2. Search for your child by entering their first and last name.
  3. Select your desired package(s) and add them to your cart.
  4. Review your selections by clicking on the red “View Cart” button in the upper right corner of the screen; change packages/quantities as necessary, and then click “Continue” to add any optional services (retouching or UV coating). Following that, click “Proceed to Cart.”
  5. BEFORE CLICKING “CHECK OUT” on the resulting screen, please note that you will be presented with an option to order additional packages for any other students you may have at ARHS.
    1. If you have another student you’d like to order for, click “Order Here,” and you will repeat all the steps above for your next student before finally entering your payment information.
    2. If you do not have another student at ARHS, simply click “Check Out” to enter your payment information and place your order.

After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail receipt with your confirmation number and order details. Please maintain this e-mail receipt for your records.
